Lord Sugar’s property firm has leased all the office space at the revamped 5 Cheapside, EC2, to luxury serviced office operator London Executive Offices.
Queensgate-backed LEO has agreed to pay average rents of around £83 per sq ft for the 40,126 sq ft of office space in the building, one of the highest non-tower rents agreed in the City.
Savills and Ingleby Trice are letting agents on the building; LEO was unrepresented.
