Deloitte Real Estate’s Miles Keeping and Jon Lovell, two of the best known sustainability experts in UK property, have launched a new consultancy.
Hillbreak will offer consultancy and training support to help landlords, cities and investors navigate the environmental, societal and policy risks.
Their client list will include former employer Deloitte.
Keeping, chair of the Green Property Alliance and director of the Investment Property Forum, said: “We think there is a real market opportunity to offer bespoke, nimble advice across a multitude of functions and are really excited about the impact we think we can help our clients make.”
