New names sign up at Old Bond St

TritaxTritax, foreign exchange specialist Argentex and auction house John Pye & Sons have signed at NFU Mutual’s 5 Old Bond Street, W1.

The building, also known as Standbrook House, was brought to market in May this year following a 12-month refurbishment.

All three tenants have taken space at close to the quoting rent of £85.00 per sq ft.

David Hidderley, investment fund asset manager at NFU Mutual, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tritax, Argentex and John Pye & Sons to Standbrook House. Since acquiring the property in 2009, we have successfully completed an extensive renovation which has helped attract these blue chip companies.”

DTZ and Colliers advised NFU Mutual.

Montagu Evans acted for John Pye & Sons Ltd and Crossland Otter Hunt acted for Argentex. Tritax represented itself.
