Liverpool city council has approved Neptune Developments’ plans for a mixed-use regeneration scheme on Lime Street.
The project, designed by Broadway Malyan and IBI Group, will include a 412-bed student block, a 100-bedroom hotel and 30,000 sq ft of offices.
The owners, in partnership with Sigma Inpartnership and the council, intend to begin development before the end of the year.
The application includes the retention of the Grade II listed ABC Cinema on Lime Street.
