Drayton resi flies for Kitewood
Kitewood has gained consent from Hillingdon council for a 308-home, £110m scheme in West Drayton, west London.
Tavistock Gardens, on the site of the former Dairy Crest, Padcroft Works and TiGi Warehouse, will include 46 affordable homes, a 2,000 sq ft business centre and a public piazza.
Kitewood chief executive Philip Van Reyk said: “We are talking to a major housebuilder about entering into a joint venture to deliver the scheme.”
Rolfe Judd Architects prepared the masterplan.
