The Crown Estate’s and TH Real Estate’s Princesshay Partnership has submitted a planning application for the regeneration of Broadwalk House North in Exeter.
The planning application would see the ground floor of the building, opposite Princesshay Shopping Centre, turned into two new restaurants of 3,500 sq ft and 2,700 sq ft, surrounded by new landscaped terraces.
Princesshay Partnership senior asset manager, Katherine Armstead, said: “Progressing these plans is the latest example of how we’re looking to secure and enhance Princesshay’s position as the leading retail and leisure destination in the region.”
