Management company Valor Hospitality Europe has been appointed to manage three hotels, taking its UK portfolio to 20 properties.
Valor has added Hotel Indigo in Liverpool, Ramada Manchester in Salford Quays and Ramada Birmingham City to its mandate.
The company was formed in November 2014 to manage what was previously QMH UK Limited.
Managing director Brian McCarthy said: “We are very proud of the significant progress that we have made in the past nine months. We are in the process of making a number of key appointments, so we are adding to our team as well as to our hotel portfolio, which is fantastic for the business.
“All three new hotels represent excellent opportunities for Valor. The Hotel Indigo in Liverpool is the first hotel we have managed under the Indigo banner and we are excited about working with this boutique brand and continuing our relationship with IHG.”
