Leisure business Travel Counsellors is moving its Bolton head office to Peel Land & Property’s Venus Building in Trafford Quays, Greater Manchester.
The business will take 28,500 sq ft at the block before the end of the year.
Peel head of asset management Paul Chappels said: “We are delighted that the team at Travel Counsellors have bought into the advantages of basing themselves at such a high profile location. Over the coming months we will be working closely to ensure we achieve the high-spec, office fit-out that reflects an exciting, rapidly growing brand.”
Travel Counsellors managing director Steve Byrne added: “The move positions us in the heart of a vibrant and thriving development close to Manchester, offering further benefits such as on-site accommodation and well-established transport links for our visiting agents and suppliers. We are confident that relocating our head office to Venus will provide us with the facilities, environment and location to further build the business.”
Deloitte Real Estate advised Travel Counsellors on the deal.
