Land Securities has appointed Tim Ashby to the post of group general counsel and company secretary with effect from 7 September 2015.
The appointment follows the resignation of Adrian de Souza, who served in the role for five years until April 2015.
Since April, Michael Arnaouti has held the position of company secretary. He will remain as deputy company secretary for the time being to ensure a smooth handover.
Ashby joins from Mothercare where he has been group general counsel and company secretary since 2010.
