Plans are being submitted for 2 and 3 Angel Square, the latest office schemes at Hermes’ and Co-Operative Group’s 4m sq ft NOMA regeneration project in Manchester.
The 145,000 sq ft 2 Angel Square will have nine floors of offices above shops and a basement car park. The 250,000 sq ft 3 Angel Square (pictured) will have 11 office floors above shops and a car park.
Both have been designed by AHR Architects.
