Knightsbridge Student Housing has bought a 281-bed student accommodation development on Oxford Street, Cardiff, from Crosslane Student Developments.
Knightsbridge has paid £5.5m for the site and will fund the remainder of the development, which will complete in September next year.
The scheme will be operated by Knightsbridge’s Student Housing Company on a direct-let basis.
