Cushman announces top UK jobs

Digby-Flower-and-Colin-WilsonCushman & Wakefield has announced its new UK leadership team following the completion of its merger with DTZ.

The UK & Ireland executive committee, which will be led by chief executive Colin Wilson and chairman Digby Flower, will include:

  • Justin Taylor – retail
  • Charles Smith – valuation and advisory
  • David Haynes – business space, London and South East
  • Ian Thomas – business space, regions
  • Jason Winfield – capital markets
  • Charles Dady – landlord services
  • George Roberts – client strategy

The four heads of the occupier services, property management, finance, and human resources teams will be announced at a later date.

Wilson said: “Our new UK and Ireland leadership team is illustrative of the exceptional talent, experience and track record of delivery for clients which runs throughout the business.

“Together with Digby and I, these colleagues will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of Cushman & Wakefield across the UK and Ireland.”

Flower added: “The most immediate priority for the UK and Ireland leadership team is to consolidate ourselves as a single business and ensure we build on our current momentum by mobilising effectively around our clients.”

In EMEA, the new Cushman & Wakefield business has 5,000 employees in 40 countries and revenues of almost $800m.
