Universal Music UK has agreed a 174,570 sq ft letting at 4 Pancras Square, N1.
The record label will join occupiers such as Google and LVMH at the King’s Cross Central scheme, which is owned by Hermes, London & Continental Railways, DHL Supply Chain and AustralianSuper.
It is letting the entire building, which will complete in 2017. It is expected to pay a rent close to £75 per sq ft.
