A2Dominion has received planning permission from Hounslow borough council for a 127-home scheme in Hounslow, west London.

Plans for the former commercial building on Bell Road include 1,127 sq m of flexible commercial space and 250 bicycle bays.

Karen Green, assistant development director at A2Dominion, said: “The redevelopment of this vacant site in Hounslow supports our ongoing regeneration of the area.

“The scheme will include homes for private sale, private rent and shared ownership, which will be available through our Fabrica by A2Dominion brand.”

A2Dominion bought the site in June 2014. Work is due to start on site in spring 2016, with completion by mid-2018.

The Bell Road scheme is one of four A2Dominion developments in Hounslow which are providing a total of 470 homes, including 155 homes at a site on London Road and 101 homes at Hounslow Quarter on the town’s High Street.
