In its first major commercial acquisition, Altitude has purchased Station Approach, a 63,000 sq ft mixed-use property in the centre of West Byfleet, Surrey.
Altitude acquired the property for £10.5m from Cubemaker.
Altitude Real Estate was established by former Argent board directors Stephen Tillman, Gary Taylor and Nigel Robson a founding partner of Resolution Property.
The property comprises a vacant 29,075 sq ft five-storey office tower, Sheer House, 18 retail units of 34,391 sq ft and private parking for 75 cars.
Stephen Tillman, director of Altitude Real Estate, said: “‘“Our expertise, track record and experience gained from bringing forward complex mixed-use developments such as Brindleyplace and Paradise in Birmingham and Brewery Square in Dorchester will be used to plan something special here.”
