Bruntwood and Manchester Science Parks has recruited Nick Hynes to assist the commercial and residential elements of its Alderley Park and Booths Hall developments.
Hynes formerly controlled a property portoflio worth £100m, developing Birchwood Park in a joint venture with MEPC.
He was managing director of Magnus before setting up his own consultancy and advising Cheshire East council and Airport City.
Hynes said “I have been an admirer of Bruntwood and the team for a number of years and I am thrilled to be joining them and to play my part in producing world-class developments at Alderley Park and Booths Hall”.
