Segro plans sale of Slough office portfolio

Segro has appointed CBRE to explore the sale of its portfolio of offices on the Slough estate, at a potential sales price of £326m.

The properties offer 972,300 sq ft of space. Tenants include mobile phone company O₂.

Rent from the company’s office portfolio totals around £21.6m a year, and the vacancy rate is around 5%.
