Sydenham resi scheme approved

plans-THUMB.jpegCrest Nicholson and St Clement Danes Holborn Estate Charity have been granted planning permission for a 96-home project at St Clement’s Heights in Sydenham Hill, SE21.

The six-acre site will see 46 homes built, including 20 townhouses, and 50 one- and two-bedroom almshouse apartments on behalf of the charity for the housing of the elderly.

Ben Marsh, development director at Crest Nicholson London, said: “We’re delighted to get the go-ahead on St Clement’s Heights, which promises a combination of modern, private properties along with brand-new larger almshouses for the St Clement Danes Holborn Estate Charity.”
