CBRE has been appointed to provide facilities management services to Goodenough College at its 313,000 sq ft campus in Bloomsbury, WC1.
The educational charity, founded in 1931, provides accommodation for around 700 international postgraduate students studying at London universities and colleges, and a 65-bed hotel.
Goodenough College director Andrew Ritchie said: “We were most impressed with CBRE’s approach to meeting our hard facilities management needs.”
