Hugo Boss in Regent Street move

Hugo-Boss-THUMB.jpegHugo Boss is to double the size of its store on London’s Regent Street, moving to a new space at The Crown Estate’s and Norges Bank Investment Management’s 178-180 Regent Street, W1.

The Regent Street Partnership jv has signed a new lease with the international fashion brand covering 15,000 sq ft for the retailer’s largest flagship store, which is due to open in the autumn.

The Crown Estate initiatied a £1bn regeneration programme for the street in 2002.

Asset manager Katerina Mercury said: “Building upon the success of Hugo Boss’s existing store, we’re thrilled that we have been able to work together to provide a larger store for this hugely popular and long-standing Regent Street brand – a name synonymous with luxury, style and high-quality craftsmanship. The new store reinforces the success of the street as a world-class destination for major fashion brands and global flagship stores.”
