Limoneira has announced it will team up with Lewis Group on a $1bn housing development in Ventura County, north of Los Angeles.
Limoneira received voter approval for the Santa Paula Gateway development in 2008. The project will comprise 1,500 homes, with sales prices of between $350,000 and $700,000.
