Goodman’s and Legal & General’s Arlington Business Parks Partnership joint venture is preparing to bring to market the Hammersmith Embankment scheme, W6, for upwards of £100m.
Strutt & Parker is expected to be appointed if the sale of the 190,000 sq ft block is given the green light.
It follows M&G Real Estate’s decision to sell the long leasehold in the Metro Building at 1 Butterwick, W6, for around £60m, also through Strutt & Parker.
