Helical Bar and Crosstree have appointed JLL to sell Empire House, EC1, part of their 320,000 sq ft Bower scheme on London’s booming Silicon Roundabout, for £20m, equating to a 4% yield.
The 26,178 sq ft building is fully let to Z Hotels, for an 111-bedroom hotel, and Peruvian restaurant Ceviche (pictured).
Z Hotels has a 35-year lease and Ceviche a 25-year lease. They pay a combined rent of £790,000 pa. The Bower scheme will complete in December 2016.
