A student accommodation and retail investment opportunity in Liverpool has hit the market, comprising a 70-bed scheme and Tesco Express for £6.6m.
Parkmoor Group has instructed Knight Frank to market Lee Court, which comprises 28 ensuite bedrooms and 42 studios.
Lee Court was built in 2012 and the 4,000 sq ft shop is currently let to Tesco on a 20-year lease with a passing rent of £45,000 per annum.
