Chicken restaurant Chooks has signed for its second property in London, at Haven Green, Ealing, W5.
It has taken a 20-year lease on a 1,900 sq ft restaurant in the former Pizza on The Green site and is due to open in mid-October.
The brand is managed by Gideon Joffe (pictured), the son of Russel and Juliette Joffe, founders of the Giraffe chain.
The first Chooks restaurant opened in Muswell Hill, N10.
Guy Marks, surveyor at Restaurant Property, which advised on the deal, said: “We are delighted to have aided in the expansion of Chooks and we believe it will contribute to the growing stature of restaurants in Ealing.”
