A trio of niche London office agents specialising in tenant representation have merged to form a new company called Reesa.
Perrins Dooley, Shoreditch Office Space and Keystone CRE will join forces and be headquartered in the West End, with a presence in the City and east London.
Founded by David Perrins, Sean Dooley and Piers Barttelot, Reesa will offer occupier services and workplace solutions.
Barttelot, who formed Keystone with Robin Pugh in 2014, will be managing director of the new agency.
He spent most of his career at JLL before moving to the Middle East and working as head of commercial leasing at Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure.
Both Perrins and Dooley previously worked at Morgan Pryce before going on to establish Perrins Dooley and Shoreditch Office Space.
Perrins said: “The global occupier market place has evolved quickly in the last couple of years with clients wanting to engage more with experienced and trusted professionals who are set up to act fast and to go the extra mile.
“Reesa has an ambitious business plan, but one that as a forward thinking firm we feel can be implemented given the improvements in technology and the appreciation of the current service offering, which is the foundation we are fortunate to be able to build upon.”
