Northwood Investors has submitted plans for the redevelopment of Templar House, 81-87 High Holborn, WC1.
The Astudio-designed scheme will see the existing 1959 office block demolished and replaced with a larger modern office and residential development covering 245,568 sq ft, an increase of 132,827 sq ft from the original building.
The 15-storey, 186,280 sq ft office element will front High Holborn on the southern half of the site. The residential element will comprise 48 flats in a 14-storey building on the northern part of the site.
