Plum result for Clive Emson

Clive Emson Kent and South East London sold 87% of the 73 lots offered at its sale on 16 September at Kent County Show Ground, raising £8.7m. A 12-acre plum orchard in Tonbridge, Kent, guided at £180,000 to £190,000, sold for £245,000.

Listed lot leads McHugh sale

A 2,060 sq ft Grade II listed house in Regent’s Park, NW1, guided at £1.9m, is the top lot at the next McHugh & Co sale on 7 October. In total 46 lots will be offered at the auction, to be held at The Montcalm, W1.

I-Am-Sold raises £2.3m

I-Am-Sold’s latest East Midlands auction on 16 September raised £2.3m from conditional lots. The sale, at the Bentley Hotel & Leisure Club in Lincolnshire, saw 26 lots offered, of which 22 sold, an 85% success rate.

MS offers West Mids sheds

Six freehold industrial units in Cradley Heath in the West Midlands are being offered at the next MS Auctions sale on 5 October. Ranging in size from 241 sq ft to 1,781 sq ft, they are guided at £10,000 to £80,000. The sale will be held at the Radisson Blu Portman hotel, W1.

Northants chalet powers AH

A chalet in extensive gardens in Creaton, Northamtonshire, was the top lot at Auction House Northamptonshire’s latest sale, selling at £545,000 against a guide of £385,000 to £415,000. The 16 September sale at the Hilton Northampton raised £1.8m from nine lots, of which eight sold.
