RBS sells Leeds scheme to Lidl

Lidl-THUMB.jpegRoyal Bank of Scotland has sold a 44,800 sq ft retail development in Leeds to discount supermarket Lidl.

The 4.8-acre site in Stanningley has planning consent for nine retail units, one of which will be a 21.300 sq ft Lidl store. Development is due to start in February with opening due in early 2017.
