Aerium has appointed Cluttons to market a seven-storey block of flats in Bayswater for £62m, a 3% yield.
The office-to-residential conversion of 50 Kensington Garden Square, W2, has been designed by Brimelow McSweeney, and will complete next March.
The 31-flat scheme has interiors designed by Lynne Hunt.
