Blackstone has bought the Clover portfolio of pan-European commercial assets, valued at around €200m (£147m), from Munich-based Real IS.
The portfolio comprises 12 properties providing 2m sq ft of office, retail and logistics space located in Germany, France, UK and the Netherlands.
The portfolio was part of Real IS’s Bayerische Grundvermögen II (BGV II) fund.
Anchor tenants in the portfolio include REWE, Netto, Hermes, Dachser, Rhenus as well as public-sector authorities.
