Liverpool Students has sold Hope Street Apartments in Liverpool to BlackRock UK Property Fund for £30.7m – a 6% yield.
The acquisition takes BlackRock UK Property Fund’s student housing portfolio to 2,500 beds.
The recently completed, purpose-built 339-bedroom scheme is arranged across nine floors and includes an on-site cinema and gym.
The property is in the Cannon Georgian Quarter and within walking distance of the city centre and university campuses.
