Newlon Housing Trust is suing builder Sir Robert McAlpine for breach of contract relating to affordable housing constructed as part of the development around Arsenal football club’s Emirates stadium.
Newlon confirmed it had issued a claim against the builder, but that it did not wish to comment further.
A spokesman for Sir Robert McAlpine said it was rigorously defending the claim.
