UK & European Investments has let the seventh floor at 9 Kingsway, WC2, to the Chartered Institute of Building.
The 3,364 sq ft letting is on a ten-year lease at £64.50 per sq ft, with a break clause at the end of the fifth year.
The agreement includes rental incentives equivalent to a six-month rent-free period.
John Stacey, asset management director at UK & European Investments, said: “The letting to the Chartered Institute of Building sets a new rental high for 9 Kingsway after a recent refurbishment and a short marketing period. We continue to see strong demand from occupiers in the Covent Garden submarket and are forecasting continued rental growth at the building.”
