IPE Developments has bought a residential development site in Elephant and Castle, SE17, for £10.5m from Goldcrest Land.
The 0.75 acre site at 237 Walworth Road in the Elephant and Castle Opportunity Area, has planning permission for 67 homes and was formerly occupied by an ironworks.
Nick Alderman, a residential development partner at Knight Frank, said: “The planning permission has been carefully considered to ensure the scheme can be implemented with only minor amendments. This development will contribute to the Elephant and Castle market and will allow the completed accommodation to offer real value in a central zone 2 London location”.
Knight Frank and Kingsbury represent Goldcrest Land.
