Igloo Regeneration Partnership has sold the Round Foundry development in Leeds, west Yorkshire, to a private investor.
The purchaser paid £31.5m for the 5.65-acre site, which includes 155,811 sq ft of offices, restaurants and flats. It provides an annual income of £2.6m, around a quarter of which is secured against Leeds city council.
Other tenants at the Round Foundry include Mediacom and ISG.
