Restaurant chain Leon has taken a 15-year lease in CBRE Global Investors’ Broadway Shopping Centre in Hammersmith, W6.
The chain has taken a 1,508 sq ft unit on a full repairing and insuring lease with an upward-only rent review.
The shopping centre has an average occupancy of 95% over the past five years. Occupants include Oliver Bonas, Hotel Chocolat and Wasabi.
Caitriona Hunter, director, CBRE Global Investors, said: “This a great letting for the centre as it widens our restaurant offer and fills a healthy food gap with fast food on the go.”
