Bouygues has acquired a minority stake in Hermitage Plaza, a project that will see the construction of two 320-metre high towers in the La Défense region of Paris.
The €2.9bn development was designed by Foster + Partners and will comprise 540 apartments as well as a hotel, offices and retail space.
The project has been subject to delay, but Hermitage’s chief executive said a start date would be announced shortly, as would finance details.
