Weston Homes has bought a residential development site on Fish Island, Hackney Wick, E9, from City & Suburban.
It paid £13.5m for the scheme on the corner of Monier Road, which has planning permission for 120 homes and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Savills advised City and Suburban on the sale.
