Unite has been granted planning consent for a 772-bed student housing scheme in Liverpool.
The £45m development on Leece Street is expected to complete in time for the 2017/18 academic year. It will comprise studios and shared flats with communal areas.
The site, a former car park on Oldham Street, was originally earmarked for a hotel development in 2010, but plans fell through. Unite bought the plot, with two others in Aberdeen, earlier this year.
