Almacantar has appointed CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield to lease Two Southbank Place, the 300,000 sq ft speculative office block being developed next to the Shell Centre, SE1.
The 16-storey KPF-designed building will be ready for occupation in Q4 2018.
Almacantar forward purchased the buildings, together with another office block prelet to Shell, from a joint venture between Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar earlier this year.
