Market Tech Holdings has bought the £5.2m freehold of 49 Chalk Farm Road, Camden, NW1, – an initial yield of 4.62%.
The building, home to famous mucic venue Barfly, is on the north side of Chalk Farm Road opposite Market Tech’s Camden Market estate.
The company, owned by tech entrepreneur Teddy Sagi, controls 14 acres of London property including all of Camden’s iconic markets.
