St Modwen has let its entire its 90,000 sq ft Letchworth Industrial Estate in Hertfordshire to Tyco and DPD franchisee Titan Logistics.
Tyco has leased 75,000 sq ft over three buildings. Titan will lease the remaining 15,000 sq ft unit.
The development is located within Letchworth’s primary industrial area on Works Road, with access to junction 9 of the A1(M). The units have eight-metre eaves heights, first floor offices and a designated yard.
St Modwen made the decision to speculatively develop the brownfield site in November 2014 having secured planning permission for the scheme.
Development manager Nick Smith said: “By speculatively building we have been able to satisfy demand for modern premises combined with excellent communications across the region.”
Brown & Lee and Colliers International are letting agents for the scheme.
