PWS Distributors has signed a 20-year lease for 13,544 sq ft at SEGRO’s Slough Trading Estate in Berkshire.
It will join Pantos Logistics at the 70,000 sq ft, three-unit Buckingham Avenue development, which was completed earlier this year.
SEGRO is currently redeveloping the estate, the largest under single ownership in Europe. Some 240,000 sq ft of new development was completed last year, including new facilities for Fedex and Sovrin Plastics.
The estate has 230,000 sq ft of speculative development due for completion over the next 18 months.
