Cushman & Wakefield has poached Charlotte Wild from Davis Coffer Lyons to join its leisure and restaurant team as a senior surveyor.
Wild will be working primarily on Cushman & Wakefield’s landlord portfolio. She has previously worked with clients including Foxlow, Wildwood and Draft House.
Head of retail and leisure Justin Taylor said: “We are delighted to bring Charlotte on board. Her knowledge of the sector is excellent and she now has the opportunity to work on some incredible assets in our market-leading leisure team.”
