Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe has let the 11th floor of Nexus Place at 25 Farringdon Street, EC4, to consultancy RSM.
RSM, which was formerly known as Baker Tilly, has taken a 15-year lease at a rent of £55 per sq ft. The 8,355 sq ft letting adds to RSM’s existing 54,217 sq ft across floors six to nine of the 160,000 sq ft building.
Cornerstone bought Nexus place in 2013.
The multi-let building has nine tenants, including global consultancy Kroll and sustainable technologies company Johnson Matthey.
Ian Mayhew, director of UK asset management at Cornerstone Europe, said: “The fact that such a high quality tenant as RSM has decided to grow its presence at Nexus House on a long-term commitment is a testament to the strength of the building and its location.”
