The 120,000 sq m scheme will include two levels of retail, six levels of entertainment and leisure and a spectacular food and beverage tower.

Each of the levels of leisure will have its own, unique identity but all will celebrate 21st-century entertainment and cutting-edge special effects.

Caspian Waterfront will incorporate two atria. Reaching 45m in height, one will incorporate ‘The Flame Drop’; a ride that appears to rise and fall through fire.

Avira Wellness Community, Malaysia

The destination spa is set over three stories and features a wellness ‘marketplace’, clinic, spa, club and dedicated suites, in extensive landscaped  gardens overlooking over an existing lake.

The building is part of a new 500-home suburb development.

DreamCenter is the leading element of the West Bund Media Port project; one of the largest cultural investment projects currently underway in China.

Key features include the Dream Avenue Cultural Theatre District; the headquarters of Oriental DreamWorks, which will become Asia’s top animation production base; a 500-seat IMAX; and eight themed outdoor plazas.


MInsk Leisure Scheme, Minsk

Flemingate also has a 500-space multi-storey carpark – the largest in Beverley – and Zizzi has signed as the first restaurant brand.


Drake Circus, Plymouth

The £40m leisure scheme in Plymouth city centre will include a 12-screen cinema operated by Cineworld, 14 restaurant units and 420 car park spaces.

The site will be situated next to British Land’s Drake Circus Shopping Centre and is due to open in spring 2018.
