Tech company Cirrus Logic has agreed to rent office space at British Land’s revamped Marble Arch House, W1.
The provider of analogue and digital signal processing equipment has signed for the 11,424 sq ft first floor of the building, where quoting rents are £79.50 per sq ft.
It joins tenants BXR Partners LLP, global gaming tech company GTECH, Fulcram Asset Management, industrial group Access Industries and NERA Economic Consulting in the 61,200 sq ft refurbished office building.
British Land entered into an agreement with The Portman Estate to buy the building in 2011.
The scheme also includes 15,000 sq ft of retail space.
CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield advised British Land; Bond Woodhouse acted for Cirrus Logic.
