Amundi has completed its €1bn (£720m) purchase of the first phase of the Aqua portfolio of European offices from German fund manager Union Invest.
The deal – first tipped by Estates Gazette – involves the purchase of 11 buildings comprising just over 2m sq ft in Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands.
In total the portfolio includes 17 offices spanning 3m sq ft.
The portfolio generates a rental income of €60m from 145 tenants and the average asset price is approximately €50m.
The most valuable property is estimated to be €147m.
