3 Piccadilly Place fully let

3-Piccadilly-Place-THUMB.jpegCarlyle Group’s Three Piccadilly Place in Manchester city centre is now fully let after UK nuclear developer NuGen doubled its occupation in the building.

NuGen will rent the entire seventh and eighth floors, totalling 28,918 sq ft, as it positions its workforce to manage its nuclear power station development in west Cumbria.

The building is currently up for sale via GVA and CBRE together with Four Piccadilly Place. The combined asking price is £115m – a 5.75% yield.

The buildings together comprise 300,000 sq ft of offices and 25,000 sq ft of retail and leisure.

Just 24,500 sq ft of office space remains available at Four Piccadilly Place, with existing tenants across the two buildings including Weightmans, Barclays, NHS, EC Harris, Arup, Orega and Egencia.
